Introducing our latest limited release — a Double Distilled, Triple Cask, Single Malt Irish Whiskey, created in an exceptionally small edition of just 100 individually numbered bottles.

At the heart of this release is a carefully crafted trinity of casks. Matured in ex-Bourbon and PX Sherry cask, the whiskey develops layers of vanilla, toasted oak, dried fruit and gentle spice, before receiving a short finish in a Apricot Brandy cask.

That final cask brings a distinctive flourish — lifting the richness of the whiskey with delicate stone fruit, subtle sweetness and a refined character.

The result is a beautifully balanced Irish whiskey with depth, complexity and individuality: rich bourbon-cask notes, luscious PX fruit and a bright, elegant stone-fruit finish.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Ripe apricot, vanilla, dried fruits and warm oak spice.

Palate: Caramel and toasted oak layered with rich PX fruit, warming spice and soft stone-fruit notes.

Finish: Smooth and lingering, with delicate apricot, dried fruit and gentle oak.
