Northern Irelands Award Winning Wild Atlantic Irish Gin is a perfect balance of Traditional and Organic Ocean Botanicals, a complex Gin inspired by the Wild Atlantic. Our organic botanicals are hand harvested from the waters of the Wild Atlantic Way and the Porcupine Bank. A well-defined refreshing Juniper lead followed by citrus from bitter orange and lime. An enticingly long warm spice and ending with a fresh maritime sweetness from our Ocean Botanicals.

Our signature serve is with tonic and garnished with a slice of grapefruit…..Enjoy.

Inspiration

Our Gin was inspired by one of nature’s great wonders, the Porcupine Bank. Our organic botanicals are hand-harvested from the waters of the Wild Atlantic Way and the Porcupine Bank.

Situated approximately 120 miles off the West coast of Ireland on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean. The name of the bank comes from a research vessel called ‘Porcupine’ that discovered them in 1862. The M.V. Porcupine was a sail and paddlewheel used mainly for surveying the oceans.
